Step 2: Register with your name and email address

Club 720 treats your data as if it was its own through security and privacy. Club 720 uses HTTPS/SSL and a secure server to protect the transmission of your data to its site. Club 720 does not share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Step 3: Select “Set a Goal”

The Club 720 Dashboard is a great tool for monitoring your credit score, setting wealth building goals, like buying a home and finding funding, such as down payment assistance.

 

Step 4: Select “Buy a Home”

Club 720 offers many options for helping its users to build wealth. To access the Cook County Home Advantage Program, simply choose “Buy a Home”.

 

Step 5: Complete the Club 720 Eligibility Questions

By entering information about your income and location of where you’re looking to purchase a home, Club 720 will match you with grants and affordable loans available to you. If you fail to completely fill out the Eligibility Questionnaire, you will not be able to get connected with a trusted lending partner.

 

Step 6: Get your credit score

The Cook County Home Advantage Program requires a minimum credit score of 640. Club 720 offers the FICO 5 mortgage credit score through Equifax. This will not affect your credit score.

 

Step 7: Select from available options

The great thing about the Cook County Home Advantage Program is funding does not run out.  If you need more time to work on your credit, no worries. The Club 720 Clubhouse is a great place where you can find information, education and inspiration to help you as you work toward accomplishing your goal.

 

Step 8: Club 720 will do the rest

Club 720 will take it from there and match you with a trusted Program Partner to help you get started on your journey to homeownership.
